3 Bedroom Condo in Camdenton

Beautiful condo , walk in level at Cedar Glen Condominiums just off Hwy 54 west of Camdenton, MO. The condo was remodeled in 2017 with new paint, furniture, TVs, A/C, ceiling fans and light fixtures. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. The living room has a sectional with a full sleeper sofa. All the bedrooms have new flat screen TVs and the family room has a new 52-inch flat screen with Blue Ray DVD player. There are two bathrooms; both have new sliding glass doors. You can relax on the outside deck and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake, and BBQ on the new gas grill. We also have a 12 x 30 covered boat slip available if needed for additional fee. The condo complex has a boat launch and private trailer parking. Our condo is located close to our boat slip, the boat launch and the pool. The condo is located on the quiet part of the lake at the 13MM of the Big Niangua.

Summary: We have stayed here two years in a row for a girls golf tournament weekend and it’s absolutely perfect - across the street from Lake Valley golf course. The perfect location - so clean - it overlooks the pool and the beautiful lake and boat docks. The owner is great and handles any situation that might arise. Can’t wait to go back !

Summary: I can't say enough positive things about our stay at Cedar Glen. The condo was perfect for our needs. My wife and I were traveling with my 85 year old mother so we needed a ground level rental - check! I have dog/cat allergies so we needed a place where pets weren't allowed for either renters and the owner- check! The condo itself was beautiful- clean, well maintained, well stocked. Good clear instructions for everything. The balcony was 2 if not 3 times bigger than other places we've stayed. Perfect for morning coffee or sunsets. The view was gorgeous overlooking the pool, the lake and the hills in the distance. The property and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Really, Cedar Glen checked all of the boxes and then some! We would not hesitate to book another visit and if possible, I would base my travel dates on this properties availability!
